(Chinese version only) 去年首屆《藝文里程BAY》大灣區文化交流團廣獲好評,今年我們延續熱潮,特邀資深藝術行政策略師鄺為立先生擔任策劃人, 推出升級版大灣區文化交流團——《藝文急轉「灣」》。鄺先生憑藉其近40年藝術行政經驗及大灣區在地洞察,將帶領大家深入探索大灣區,直擊最新藝文動態,拓展灣區人脈,發掘潛在合作機會!
為期3日2夜的文化交流團將於 2025年10月9-11日(星期四至六)深入走訪深圳與廣州 ,參觀多個重要文化場地,包括深圳濱海藝術中心、萬象天地劇場及廣州大劇院等地標性場館。我們亦將探訪當地新興藝文空間及潮流熱點,發掘粵港澳大灣區內不斷湧現的新機遇與發展趨勢。通過實地考察、交流會及工作坊等活動,我們旨在與大灣區代表深入交流 ,了解最新藝文動向與巡演機會,進一步鞏固灣區文化合作橋樑。

HKAAA’s Delegate Trip 2023 for Arts & Cultural Administrators is now open for application!
The Delegate Trip will be held during 10 -17 June 2023 in two vibrant cities in Australia. Starting in Sydney, the delegation will meet Australian cultural leaders and practitioners during visits to important cultural venues and organisations, followed by a 4-day programme with the Australian Performing Arts Market (APAM) Gathering at the RISING Festival in Melbourne. Space is limited, apply now!

Countries are accustoming themselves to the unprecedented COVID-19 era, recovering from the challenging time. How did orchestras' leaders help replenish and assemble the community, bring positive energy to citizens and medical personnel through music programmes? What have been the practical challenges and solutions to project execution with more limitations imposed? How do the leaders forecast the future of orchestras?

Following the huge success of HKAAA's "Late-night Art Talk Series” and APAM's “WIRE” series, HKAAA and APAM jointly present "Eventide Conversations" a virtual cultural exchange between Hong Kong and Australia. The series of talks and workshops will be held from April to November 2021, aiming to open dialogues, encourage engagement and facilitate knowledge exchange between arts and cultural leaders around the world. We will explore new and emerging strategic challenges facing artists and arts organizations in the wake of Covid-19, and access the best thinking from both locations. Participants will apply shared concepts and frameworks as they rebuild and re-energise post-COVID.

Hong Kong Arts Administrators Association (HKAAA) strives to support the advancement of a flourishing arts scene by establishing a network connecting arts administrators in local and neighbor areas. Following the huge success of our previous Recruitment Days, HKAAA is rebranding the Recruitment Day to be our first virtual Career Fair on 22 May 2021 (Sat) to supply different levels of jobs in the arts field.

In Hong Kong, there are different directions to acquire funds - from government bodies, trusts and foundations, the business sector, and the public. Fundraising is about building relationships and telling a good story. When getting by with a potential funder/ patron, what language and tactics should we use to increase the possibility of getting funded?
