HKAAA invited National Arts Strategies (NAS), a US-based prestigious non-profit organization specializing in leadership development for the cultural sector to create an innovative leadership program expressly for Chief Executives and senior arts and culture executives in the region throughout the year of 2014.

Let’s hear Ms Queenie Lau, Director, Arts Support, Hong Kong Arts Development Council (Formerly Curator, External Affairs Office, Hong Kong Design Institute) shared her experience and thoughts in participating in the Leadership Training Programme for Senior Arts & Culture Executives.
