In recent years, the development of the local arts and culture scene has flourished, with the completion of cultural venues integrating art and conservation such as the heritage buildings in Central, the establishment of major international exhibitions, art fairs and auctions, and the use of arts and cultural elements in commercial institutions, shopping malls and hotels. The new performing and visual arts venues set to open in the West Kowloon Cultural District will also increase the need for talent in the areas of cultural management and arts administration.

Creative collaboration between arts practitioners from different parts of the world could stimulate innovative ideas and enrich each other’s cultural programmes. Hong Kong Arts Administrators Association (HKAAA) is honored to co-present with Yale-China Association, for a sharing session on how this fellowship could open doors for Hong Kong artists. This fellowship will bring emerging artists from Hong Kong to Yale University for a six-month residency from January through June in 2019 and provide a platform to collaborate with American artists and communities. This event will be an excellent chance to meet Yale-China’s Director of Hong Kong as well as past fellows of the programme and learn about Yale-China’s history and arts initiatives.

Going digital allows advertisers to gather information in great precision and reaching out the right target audiences. Ad Age pointed out that “Data still keeps marketers and advertisers up at night. Moreover, it is an area that many advertisers (and their host of partners) will be assessing ahead of 2018.”

In the age of globalization, many artistic entrepreneurs, while having one eye firmly fixed on their home turf, boldly set their sights on the international arena to expand the reach and impact of their arts. But where to look and how to start? And who to turn to make the first move or expand your network?

香港藝術行政人員協會會員/義工導賞觀劇團 •《她和他的時間之流》體驗劇場活現藝穗會

為了等待她／他，多少杯凍飲未曾喝掉便已化成無味的飲料，像我們早已忘掉藝穗會曾是一座巨型冰窖，如今都在時光中融化、漫溢成時間長流，只有用沉寂百年的生死記憶為羅盤，才能到達融點以前的時空：是每個人的戀愛逸事？是城市寓言？還是戰爭歷史？ 

根據十月宣讀的二零一七年施政報告，香港文化創意產業甚具潛力，可與本地企業和社區加強合作，以及增強其本地以外的影響力。香港政府推出不少新政策和發展方針，包括建議向創意智優計劃注資十億，以及開發由「一帶一路」建設帶來的新契機。



香港藝術行政人員協會邀請商務及經濟發展局及民政事務局的代表，講述政府對香港文化創意產業的政策方向及未來發展計劃。這是一個寶貴的機會讓業界與政府代表進行建設性的討論。

香港藝術行政人員協會「藝術行政人員101系列」是由不同界別的專業人士現場教授各種有助職場發展的實踐技巧，讓新鮮人打好基本功。同時歡迎具經驗的藝術行政人員參加，溫故知新。
