Objective: To support cultural exchange in the visual and performing arts between Asia, the United States and amongst Asian countries.
Target: Both individuals and institutions
- The major focus of the ACC grant programme is on awarding grants to artists, scholars and arts specialists from Asia for study, research, observation and related activities in the US or in another Asian country.
- A limited number of grants may be awarded to institutions for projects involving international exchanges in the arts between Asia, the US and amongst Asian countries. Grants for projects are usually very modest in size as the ACC’s resources are focused in individual fellowships.

ACC-Jackie Chan Foundation Fellowship
Objective: To support film professionals seeking to conduct research or obtain advanced training in the United States.
Target: Individuals in all areas of film
The Fellowship will support film professionals seeking to conduct research or obtain advanced training in the United States for a general period of 5 months. Activities during the fellowship period could include serving as a visiting scholar in a university program or film school, participation in artist residency programs, classes, workshops and research in film libraries. The Asian Cultural Council will assist in making professional arrangements. The Fellowship is not intended for formal academic study.
