Leadership Training Programme for Senior Arts and Culture Executives

National Arts Strategies (NAS) is a non-profit organization based in Alexandria, Virginia (US), specializing in leadership development for the cultural sector. NAS has worked with senior leaders in arts and culture for over thirty years. Their programs include The Chief Executive Program, first launched in 2011. The first program included nearly 100 top cultural leaders from leading organizations around the world including: American Ballet Theatre, Chicago Symphony Orchestra, Interlochen Center for the Arts, Sydney Theatre Company, Toledo Museum, WQRX, Hong Kong Arts Festival and Hong Kong Chinese Orchestra.

With support of the Hong Kong Arts Development Council (HKADC), the Hong Kong Arts Administrators Association (HKAAA) has invited NAS to create an innovative leadership program expressly for Chief Executives and senior arts and culture executives in the region.
