【Highlight Recap】Module 1: Management of Cultural Projects of "Essential Guide to Effective Arts Management"
Organized by Hong Kong Arts Administrators Association, the first module of “Essential Guide to Effective Arts Management” was successfully held from 23 June to 8 July 2018. Thank you for the support of our speakers, moderators, participants and volunteers during “Module 1: Management of Cultural Projects”!

Ms Ada Wong and MaD Team gave a series of unforgettable presentations on managing the cultural projects. Believing in the social potential of creativity, they shared their non-siloed approach to art and how they co-create cultural contents through collaborative processes. They shared how they strive to create positive impact of value-based and human-oriented project management to society, the art ecology and art administrators.

Throughout the lecture, workshop and learn-in situ, participants experienced and learned how to manage the cultural projects effectively. HKAAA received a lot of positive feedback from our participants. We look forward to the rest of the “Essential Guide to Effective Arts Management”!
