Prior to joining the HKAC, Leung earned solid experience in programming, producing, touring, outreach and education in performing arts at the Hong Kong Arts Festival for 5 years. He is now overseeing public art, performing art, as well as audience development programme for the HKAC since 2013.
He received scholarship awarded by the Hong Kong Arts Development Council in 2016 for an executive development program offered by NYU Steinhardt and the Deusto Business School, University of Deusto.
Recent projects include co-production with Les Halles de Schaerbeek, Brussels a contemporary art residency and showcase in 2017; Harbour Arts Sculpture Park, first large scale outdoor sculpture park exhibition in 2018; Cultural Masseur – Dragonix Festival, a multi-arts festival in coming July.
