Art or à la carte? BRICK LANE Gallery - the new art gallery for local artists
Ever since 《The Last Supper》by DaVinci, the close connection between art and food has flourished. Today, the hip scene is to cross art with restaurant walls. BRICK LANE Gallery, a brand under the management of Minden Concepts known for their British flair, was among the first to pioneer the concept in Hong Kong. Art is part of the culture of the restaurant: as much as the food makes a statement about it, so does the art. "The art is there for people to enjoy the experience, it feeds their minds, while we feed their bodies. We have about 400 people coming through our doors every day," a spokesperson of the  group said, "we provide our space free of charge, our aim is to help artists to reach out to the ordinary layman who may also have an interest in art." BRICK LANE Gallery is constantly calling for talented artists to display their work, if you wish to broaden your audience, they could be contacted at marketing@mindenconcepts.com.hk
