Arts and Creative industries are volatile, easily affected by the city economic changes, availability of public funding, competition from other organizations within or outside the sector and so on. Yet there are some creative organizations (large and small) that thrive in turbulent times, remaining healthy and sustainable while producing works of ingenuity, style, quality and grace.  What are the game-changing ideas behind these success stories?

In the 2012 Cultural Leadership Summit, we are planning to focus on various aspects to successful creative organizations, including:
